We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Who we are
Forthcoming Group Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13854063). Our registered address is Office 1, Above Delton Pet Supplies, Wards Business Park, Sunderland SR2 9TE. We are the "data controller" for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

- Free guide request: your name and email address.
- Analytics data: anonymised usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics to help us improve the site (see "Analytics" below and our Cookie Policy for how to opt out).
- Advertising data: the pages you visit here, recorded by the Meta Pixel so we can measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have shown an interest in our services. See our Cookie Policy for how to control this.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregated information about how visitors use this site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. We do not currently show a cookie consent banner, so if you would prefer not to be included in analytics you can:
- use your browser's privacy settings to block cookies or analytics, or browse in private/incognito mode; and

For more about the cookies we use, see our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, and no longer than necessary. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@forthcominggroup.com.
