Cookie Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Forthcoming Group uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, keep it secure, and — where you agree — help us understand how it is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage.

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

  • Cloudflare Turnstile — protects our forms from spam and abuse. This is required for the site to function securely.

Analytics

  • Google Analytics 4 — sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) to measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it. The data is anonymised and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out at any time (see "Managing your choices" below).

Advertising

  • Meta Pixel — set by Facebook and Instagram to measure the results of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. It records the pages you view here and links that activity to your Meta account if you have one. You can control this from your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, or opt out as described in "Managing your choices" below.

Third-party content

Some pages embed content from third parties that may set their own cookies when the content loads:

  • Our customer enquiry platform — provides the embedded quote and survey forms.
  • Trustindex — displays our Google reviews.
  • Voomly — plays embedded videos.
  • Google Maps — shows our service-area map.

Managing your choices

We do not currently show a cookie consent banner, but you remain in control. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is being set. You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For advertising, you can manage what Meta shows you in your Meta account ad settings. Please note that blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
